You lie fully clothed on a specially designed surface that transmits low-frequency sound vibration through the body. Above you, near-infrared and pulsed light work in rhythmic sequence. Carefully composed soundscapes move through the space and through you.

You are guided into the session environment and onto the vibroacoustic surface. A brief orientation to the space and the protocol. The body begins to recognize safety before the session formally begins. This settling is itself part of the work.
Receive
Bio-tuning begins. Vibration, light, sound, breath, and intention work in concert. The session is designed to move through distinct phases — from gentle activation of the sensory system, through deep settling, to a quality of coherence and restoration. You are guided throughout.
Integrate

Return
You leave more resourced, more present, more yourself. Your practitioner may offer brief aftercare guidance — hydration, rest, what to notice in the hours and days that follow. The session continues working after you leave.
