Experiences & Sessions

Every session isa complete arc.

FLYT sessions are not interchangeable. Each is designed for a specific state, need, and intention. Choose the session that meets you where you are.

Introductory FLYT Session

Duration[Duration Placeholder — approx. 60–75 min]
Investment[Pricing Placeholder]

Who This Is For

For anyone new to FLYT, nervous-system regulation work, or vibroacoustic therapy. No prior experience is necessary or assumed.

About This Session

The Introductory Session is designed to orient you to the FLYT experience — to the environment, the protocol, and the particular quality of settling that Bio-tuning can produce. It is not a lesser version of the full experience; it is a complete session calibrated for first contact.

What to Expect

  • A brief consultation to understand where you are and what you need
  • A full Bio-tuning protocol including vibroacoustic therapy, NIR light, pulsed light, sound, and breath guidance
  • Integration time following the active session
  • Aftercare guidance and recommendations for follow-up
Many people find that the first session produces a quality of settling they have not experienced before. The body often needs time to learn how to receive this kind of support — subsequent sessions tend to deepen the effect.
For the depleted.

Regulation + Recovery Session

Duration[Duration Placeholder — approx. 75–90 min]
Investment[Pricing Placeholder]

Who This Is For

For those in periods of high demand, recovery from illness or injury, or anyone experiencing the particular exhaustion of chronic activation — wired but tired, depleted but unable to rest.

About This Session

The Regulation + Recovery Session is calibrated for depth. It is designed for those who need more than a standard session — whose nervous systems are significantly dysregulated, whose resources are genuinely depleted, or who are in recovery from a period of sustained demand.

What to Expect

  • Extended consultation to assess current state and needs
  • A longer, more deeply restorative Bio-tuning protocol
  • Extended integration time
  • Personalized aftercare guidance including rest, hydration, and follow-up recommendations
This session is particularly suited to those returning from intense travel, high-stakes periods of work, caregiving, or any experience that has significantly depleted the nervous system's resources.
For the high performer.

Capacity Under Load Session

Duration[Duration Placeholder — approx. 60 min]
Investment[Pricing Placeholder]

Who This Is For

For founders, executives, athletes, and high performers who want to develop their capacity to meet sustained demand without the cost of chronic dysregulation.

About This Session

The Capacity Under Load Session is designed around the specific needs of those who live and work at the edge of their capacity. It focuses on building the regulatory foundation that makes sustained high performance possible — not by reducing demand, but by expanding the capacity to meet it.

What to Expect

  • A performance-oriented consultation focused on current demands and regulatory patterns
  • A Bio-tuning protocol calibrated for capacity-building rather than pure recovery
  • Guidance on integrating nervous-system regulation into high-performance practice
  • Recommendations for session frequency and supporting practices
This session is often used as part of a regular practice by those who want to maintain high performance without the cumulative cost of chronic stress. It is not about slowing down — it is about having more capacity to go fast.
For consolidation and continuity.

Integration Session

Duration[Duration Placeholder — approx. 45–60 min]
Investment[Pricing Placeholder]

Who This Is For

For those who have completed a series of FLYT sessions and want to consolidate the gains, or for those returning after a period away.

About This Session

The Integration Session is designed for those who have already established a relationship with FLYT and want to deepen, consolidate, or maintain their regulatory practice. It is shorter and more focused than the introductory or recovery sessions, calibrated for those whose nervous systems already know how to receive.

What to Expect

  • A brief check-in focused on what has shifted since the last session
  • A focused Bio-tuning protocol tailored to current needs
  • Integration guidance specific to where you are in your practice
  • Recommendations for ongoing practice and self-regulation support
Regular integration sessions are often described as the most efficient way to maintain and deepen the regulatory gains established in earlier sessions.
Preparing for Your Session

How to arrivewell-prepared.

Wear comfortable clothing

You remain fully clothed throughout the session. Loose, comfortable clothing allows you to settle more easily.

Arrive a few minutes early

The transition from the outside world is part of the session. Arriving unhurried allows the settling to begin before the formal protocol starts.

Avoid heavy meals beforehand

A light meal 1–2 hours before the session is ideal. Heavy digestion can compete with the settling process.

Limit caffeine

If possible, reduce caffeine intake on the day of your session. The session works with your nervous system's natural regulatory capacity — caffeine can work against this.

Come as you are

There is no preparation required beyond the practical. You do not need to be in a particular state, have a particular intention, or know what to expect. The session meets you where you are.

After Your Session

The session continuesafter you leave.

Hydrate well

Drink water in the hours following your session. The body's restorative processes benefit from adequate hydration.

Allow for rest

If possible, avoid scheduling demanding activities immediately after your session. Give the integration process room to complete.

Notice what shifts

Pay attention to sleep quality, mood, energy, and clarity in the days following your session. These are often the most telling indicators of the session's effect.

Be gentle with yourself

Some people experience a period of emotional processing in the days following a session. This is a normal part of the integration process — the body working through what it has been holding.

Follow up if needed

Your practitioner is available for questions or support in the days following your session. Do not hesitate to reach out.
